 Installation
Recessed mount

1. Install hinged end first.
a) Hold bars in position and mark for
   drilling side holes.

b) Drill holes where marked.

c) Screw hinged end into place.
2. Install locking channel.
a) Fit locking channel into end of bars and line up the holes.
b) Extended bars into position. Repeat Step # 1 to mark, drill and screw locking channel into place.
Surface mount

1. To install hinged side follow Step # 1 as for Recess Mounting except mark for drilling through front holes and screw to frame as shown below.

2. To install locking channel follow Step # 2 as for Recess Mounting except screw passes through first front larger holes and tightens to smaller inside holes. See below.
Other informations...

1. Anchors or plugs may be required for some installations. See your dealer for recommendations.
2. To make screws tamper proof drill out cross slots after installing.
3. Larger size windows may be secured with multiple guards.
4. Tools required : Phillips or Robertson screwdriver, drill, mesure tape and a pencil.
3. Slide bars into locking channel and safety release button through hole.
